Where do I park?

 

We have three parking spots at the front of the building, as well as many additional parking spots at the rear of the building. There is handicap access and a wheelchair ramp at the back of the building!

Can I bring a friend?

 

In most cases, yes! Feel free to bring a friend for emotional support. If you wish to bring more than one friend, please reach out to your artist first to make sure they have the room to accommodate.

 

 

Can I use numbing cream?

 

It is up to your individual artist on whether they allow numbing cream for tattoos. Please consult with them beforehand!  We highly suggest doing a spot test with the cream beforehand to make sure your skin does not have a reaction to the cream. Some accessible recommended brands are UberNumb, Numb520, and TKXT

How do I apply numbing cream? 

 

Clean the area well beforehand. Use a razor and do a close shave of the area, this will make sure the area is prepped as well as open up the pores of your skin to help the cream absorb better. Apply the cream generously in a thick layer, and wrap with cling wrap. The cling wrap ensures that the cream does not dry too early and evaporate off the skin. Leave on for the recommended time on the packaging, if it doesn’t give a set time then reach out and ask for the artist’s recommendation!

Do you ever take walk ins?

 

Our shop is appointment only unless otherwise stated by the artist. We will hold flash days where we will have an open door policy.

What is the best payment method?

 

Feel free to ask your artist which payment method is preffered by them, but in general cash is preffered!
